Here’s something that may keep you awake at night, especially if you’re afraid of spiders. BigDog is a four-legged robot which looks more like a giant headless bug than a dog (except for the four-legged part), but has some astonishing abilities. Built by Boston Dynamics, the robot can walk, climb, navigate slippery surfaces, and can even keep its balance when kicked. It’s kind of creepy, but you won’t be able to stop watching.
