E-Motion Danse Academie celebrates its first Christmas at its new location on William Street. Lots of food and drink, many dance exhibitions, and visits from other dancers around the city made this a hopping and energetic party.

My first “serious” attempt dance photography, where I spent a three-day weekend taking as many pictures as possible. I’m pretty happy with how they turned out, there are some awesome shots, but I’ve still got a lot to learn about white balance! Those lights really played havoc with the colors, which required a lot of extra work. So, not perfect, but it’ll get better all the time!

Started just over a year ago, E-Motion Danse Academie has grown quickly to become part of the vibrant ballroom dancing scene in Montreal. At their recent Honor Ball students received their certificates of proficiency and performed in front of family and friends.
